Easier + Faster + Better = More Value "Nigel was introduced to me in February 2016 to develop my Client Relationship Team into a Model Office environment using his Lean Black Belt expertise. We worked collaboratively to simplify our top process issues to create the capacity to spend more time on client-facing activities. We used better daily communication by using daily huddles to improve sharing of workloads to work more effectively to manage client expectations. As a result, team engagement scores became best in class, clients verbatim significantly improved across all segments and delivered on every objective that year.
